Health Services

The Office of Health Services is prepared to serve students by providing health, wellness, and Christian counseling professionals on-site in a cost-effective and confidential environment.

Location and Appointments

Health Services is located at 529 N. 89th Street.

During the semester the building is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Services are provided during the fall and spring semesters when classes are in session.

Appointments are required for all non-urgent medical and counseling services and can be made by emailing healthservices@hhvp.net or by calling 414.443.8630.

Emergencies, Urgent Care, and Mental Health Crisis

If you or someone else is in imminent danger and/or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 and WLC Campus Safety (414.443.8500) and/or Health Services (414.443.8630). You may also bring a student who is in an urgent (non-emergency) state to Health Services during building hours.

The national suicide and crisis lifeline can be reached 24/7 by dialing 988.

If you or someone else is having a mental health crisis (not life-threatening), call the Christian Family Solutions support line at 1.800.438.1772, option #1, which is available 24/7, or contact Health Services at 414.443.8630 during business hours.

Outside of Health Services hours, resident students are encouraged to contact the Resident Assistant (R.A.) on their floor or the Resident Counselor (R.C.) for their building for non-emergency assistance.
